You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

LegalClarity offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing plan you select. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the limitations described in these Terms.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

We may change our pricing at any time, but will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.

When you upload Content to our Services, you retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that it does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

We do not claim ownership of your Content, and we will not use your Content for any purpose other than providing and improving our Services without your consent.

We understand that legal documents often contain sensitive and confidential information. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Content.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your Content from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Content.

Our Services use artificial intelligence to analyze legal documents. While we strive for accuracy, our AI analysis is not a substitute for professional legal advice. The analysis provided by our Services should be used for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that AI technology has limitations and may not identify all relevant legal issues or risks in your documents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our AI analysis.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

LEGALCLARITY IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. OUR SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL COUNSEL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALCLARITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR TRANSMISSIONS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEGALCLARITY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEGALCLARITY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegalClarity and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. By continuing to use our Services after any changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LegalClarity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
